This year’s Her Philly Birthday Giveaway week is here! My first prize is a little experience that will take you out to the Philly burbs, but I promise, it’s so worth it.
This past August, I took a little trip out to Longwood Gardens (Kennett Square, PA) to see their summer exhibit: Nightscape. The experience was incredible, and after visiting the gardens many times while growing up, I was completely in awe of how modern, hip, and fun Longwood became for me as an adult. I mean, beer gardens and Instagram-worthy photo ops at every corner are enough to get me through the door, but there was so much more. Longwood truly leaves no stone unturned with their events.
I was recently invited back to check out their Christmas lights for the first time, and let me tell you: perfection! Around every corner is a newly decorated gem to see, from the fountains to the Christmas trees to even a lil ol’ treehouse. The outside exhibits alone are lit with 500,000 lights (#wut), and, even in a little bit of rain, I knew the Longwood Gardens experience is something you’d all get your butts out to the burbs for.
The Longwood Gardens team is offering you 4 tickets to the gardens, valued at $108! The tickets do not need to be used together and they do not expire until November 2017, so if I were you, I’d totally use 2 now and save 2 for August (because Nightscape is coming back, just sayin!).
