Curvy Size 14 Amazon Swimwear Try on

I. cannot. wait. for. summer. I have been counting down the months, weeks, days until it is ~down the shore season~ again, and shopping for warm weather clothes has definitely been my therapy. I was struggling for a bit with swimsuits, a lot of mine are from about 20 lbs ago, so I wanted to grab a few new pieces that made me feel great for summer, but I couldn’t find any I loved. I decided to do a deep dive into some Amazon swimwear and see what I came up with. Spoiler alert: it was goooood.

I bought 8 swimsuits (bonus: two summer outfits!), each from Amazon. I was not sure what sizes to get for many of these, but the XL ended up working out for each one! For reference, I am 5’2, a size 14, and around a 38DDD or 40DD (when’s the last time I got a bra fitting?! Who the heck knows).

I share my honest thoughts about each suit and give direct links where you can buy. I have a lot more try ons to do soon (two huge Aerie packages just arrived!), so follow me on liketoknow.it to see my try ons before I post anywhere else.

Oh! and the gold initial necklace I’m wearing in the ones when my hair changes (all but 2! haha) is also from Amazon – it’s so cute.

Printed Orange & Blue One Piece Swimsuit – size XL. Available in sizes S-XL.

Can we say CA-UTE. This is the first of a few CUPSHE suits in this try on – they’re always great. I love the print on this one. It felt super comfortable, high quality, and gives you a good hourglass shape. Click here to buy!

Polka Dot Tie High Waisted Bikini – Size XL. Available in 24 colors and prints, sizes S – XL.

I haven’t worn a bikini in a long time, and I love this bikini! The bottoms are high waisted with a little high leg – and the straps are so so so cute (ties up at the top). It feels supportive and I love the pattern. Click here to buy!

High Leg Green One Piece Swimsuit – size XL. Available in 22 colors and prints, sizes S-XL.

This very unfortunately felt (and smelled) the cheapest of everything I tried on. It’s high leg and low cut sides with this cute belt, so it’s very flattering and fun. I think you could get away with it for a summer – it’s really different. Click here to buy!

Ruched Red One Piece Swimsuit – size XL. Available in eight colors and prints, sizes M – 3XL.

Welp, at first I put on this suit (beautiful color) and thought, this fits me really weird at the bust. And then…

Ruched Red One Piece Swimsuit – size XL. Available in eight colors and prints, sizes M – 3XL.

I realize *this* is how it’s supposed to be worn! Honestly you can kinda rock it both ways. The color was really beautiful, and it had nice ruching over the stomach. Very comfortable around the neck. Click here to buy!

One Piece Striped Tropical Swimsuit – size XL. Available in six prints, sizes XS – XXL.

A great, supportive suit. I love the built in belt giving you some nice curves. The high neck is really nice for a change of pace with the suits, too. Click here to buy!

Color Blocked Purple Swimsuit – size XL. Available in 13 colors and prints, sizes XS – XXL.

So dang cute. I’ve been seeing this one on a lot of try ons and it seriously looks good on everyone. CUPSHE has great quality suits and has yet to let me down – so definitely check this one out this summer. Click here to buy!

Ruffle Two Piece Swimsuit – size XL. Available in 24 different colors and prints, size S – 3XL.

I would definitely suggest one of the ones with a solid & a print paired together – this felt like a little bit too much print for me! This suit felt really well made and would be perfect for days you want to be super comfortable. Click here to buy!

High Waisted Green Bikini – size XL. Available in 24 colors and prints, size S – XL.

This printttttt! I am obsessed and in love. It also felt nice quality, but for a larger chest, I would say the top didn’t offer a ton of support. You can wear with or without the halter adjustable strap. Click here to buy!

Boho Floral Maxi Sundress – size XL. Available in 10 patterns, size S – XL

I *so* rarely have luck with Amazon dresses like this. The quality is always wild and I can never understand how so many women keep them & give positive reviews. However, I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of this guy, I really might get it in other prints. It’s lined and hits me perfectly at 5’2. Click here to buy!

Two Piece Polka Dot Set – size XL. Available in seven colors, sizes XS-XL.

Also super pleasantly surprised by this two piece set. The skirt is a little long for me when I hike it up, and you lose the two piece part of it, but I tucked the bottom of the top under and voila! Click here to buy!

You can hear all my thoughts and see the full try on over on my Instagram. The links in this post are affiliate links, which means I get about $1 per swimsuit if you purchase any item after clicking through one of these links. I’m so appreciative of your support! Hope this was helpful, and please let me know which is your favorite!

After the mummers parade was rescheduled due to Saturday’s weather, we got blessed yesterday with 60 degrees & even some ☀️! ⁣
⁣
@jimmypennz is a member of the @twostreetstompers, so I joined him and his group stomping down 2nd Street after the official parade. It was great to be with family & friends, dance to the bands, and say “happy new year!” to neighbors & mums all day long. ⁣
⁣
I hope you all had a wonderful start to your 2022! 🖤⁣

🥾 @stompontour … I am OBSESSED! ⁣⁣ ⁣ We 🥾 @stompontour … I am OBSESSED! ⁣⁣
⁣
We go to a good number of shows and plays 🎭, and while I’ve always *heard* of STOMP, I never knew enough about it to pick it over something else. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Last night @kimmelculturalcampus invited me to STOMP’s opening night for their week here in Philly, and I’m officially here to say: pick it, choose it, STOMP IT. 🥾🥾🥾⁣⁣
⁣⁣
My mom & I absolutely LOVED the show. It’s basically 8 (incredibly good looking) men & women that play different “songs” and do different “skits” completely & fully with ordinary objects… like shopping carts, inner tubes, street signs, & so much more. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But it’s FUNNY! Without saying any words, we got to know the characters (especially @cityboypr’s 😂) and laughed between our whispered “OMGs” and “wooows.” ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I am absolutely so thankful I got to see this iconic show and share my experience. It’s truly a must see - especially appropriate for musicians, dancers, and even kids! 🥁⁣⁣
⁣⁣
@stompontour has 7 shows left now through 1/2, so grab your mask & vax card & head over to see this show that will help you kick off 2022 with a bang! 💥😉⁣
