Ah, tailgating. If there is one way I prefer to spend a weekend morning in a blissful, buzzed happiness, this is it for me. I was a bit of a tailgate late bloomer, starting my freshman year of college, when my parents decided to get season football tickets (and host better tailgates than any fraternity, actually). But in Philly, we take our tailgating to a whole ‘nother level.
Holiday Entertaining in the City
The one thing I do not love about my small-ish Center City apartment is just that – it’s small. I have been dying to entertain for my friends on a larger scale, but when I imagine my apartment filled with people, things just don’t seem pretty. Luckily, my friends Eric & Ryan volunteered to host a New Year’s Eve party, and us girls have taken on the planning full force.
Fine Wine & Good Spirits (you know, the stores scattered all over the city) have some really clever tips for planning a holiday event that I had to share. I’m definitely going to be utilizing the Quantity Calculator and try toasting with some sparkling wine to ring in the new year.
